Responsibilities:
1.Prepare the monthly, quartely and annual finance statement for AT HK and AT SGP and upload the finance reports in BFC system accurately and on time;
2.Match the intercompany balance with other overseas group entities in ICS system for AT HK and AT SGP on a quarterly basis accurately and on time;
3.Assist in the annual audit and tax filing for AT HK and AT SGP;
4.The annual budget preparation and update budget quarterly for AT HK and AT SGP;
5.Prepare the relevant vouchers related to salary in K3 system and allocate it to each consultant and project before end of month;
6.Prepare the monthly margin report for AT Shanghai Limited and analysis the margin rate;
7.Participate in the reforecast on a quarterly basis for Altran Shanghai and prepare the rolling reforecast for HK and SGP;
8.Assist Asia CFO in the preparation of presentation for board meeting together with GL;

Qualification:
1.Working experience of accounting or finance for more than 5 years in a multinational company ;
2.Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or relevant specialty is preferred;
3.Good communication skill;
4.Be familiar with excel 2007 and PPT 2007;
5.Fluent oral and written English;
6.Have the spirit of cooperation of groups and positive working attitude;
7.CICPA is preferred;
8.Experience in BFC / Magnitude system is preferred.
