工作概要 Job Summary

有责任和权利对发现的产品缺陷进行监督改进，严格按照审核指导书进行产品审核。及时了解客户处发生的缺陷，协助分析改进工作。

Having the obligation and right to supervise and improve the product defect of audit findings. Auditing the product strictly according to the auditing instruction. Collecting the defect of the customer in time and help to analyze and improve the work.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. 按照产品审核程序、计划和产品审核指导书，对已检验合格的产品进行产品审核，填写相关审核记录表；

Preform product audit According to product audit procedure、 plan and product audit instruction, and fill in the related auditing recording note.

2. 每天对审核结果进行整理、汇总、分发、上报等；
Packing up, collecting, analyzing comprehensively, distributing and reporting the auditing result every day.

3. 在工程师的指导下开展新产品的质量审核，确保项目各阶段客户交样件产品质量符合客户要求； In guidance of engineer，responsible for new program sample submission audit in various phase to ensure the sample part quality meet customer requirement.

4. 分析产品审核中所发现的问题，协调和督促生产部门制定整改措施，跟踪验证整改措施的有效性。对可能发生的缺陷，及时预警至相关生产区域，并进行跟踪；
Analyzing the problems in the production auditing, coordinating and supervising the manufacturing department to conduct improving strategy and following the availability. Reminding the related manufacturing areas of the potential defect in time and conducting the follow-up.

5. 对于产品审核中发现的严重缺陷（A类和B类），有权暂停该批产品的发运，并及时通报相关主管,监督问题处理，进行验证；
As for the serious defect (A category) discovered during product auditor, have the right to stop delivery the batch and timely inform relevant director. Supervise the problem disposal and validate it.

6. 贯彻公司质量、环境、安全方针，执行相关程序文件，遵守公司安全规章制度；

Carry out quality, environmental and safety policy, implement related procedure document, obey safety regulation.

7. 完成上级领导临时交办的各项工作和任务；

Complete each work and task contemporarily assigned by superior leader.

对成本的责任 Responsible for Costs:

有计划的申请、使用办公用品及各项费用的支出，保持部门费用不超出预算。积极寻求节约降本措施。

Apply and use office equipment, payout of each expense designedly, maintain that dept expense doesn’t exceed budget. Actively seek the action to reduce cost.

分析要求 Analytical Requirements:

较强的发现问题、分析问题能力；较强的人际关系处理能力和团队工作能力。

Better capability to discover and analyze problem, better capability to dispose personal relationship and group working ability.

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:

教育：中专或同等学历（机械、化工类专业）。

Education: technical secondary school or equivalent certification (major in mechanism and chemistry)

经历：1年以上相关工作经验

Experience: above 1 year related working experience.

其他Others：

u 具备良好的书面，口头表达能力；能使用办公自动化软件。

Possess better oral and written communication capability; able to use office automation software

u 具备一定的质量技术统计知识、技能，测量技术知识、技能。

Possess certain quality technical statistics knowledge, skill, measurement technical knowledge and skill.

u 较强的组织协调能力，及问题解决能力。具有团队精神。

Better organization coordination capability and capability to solve problem, possess group work spirit.

u 简单的英语说写。

Elementary English spoken and written ability.

u 无色盲（生理要求）。

u No achromatopsia (physical requirement)

Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd is a Sino-US joint venture co-invested by Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd and Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and register capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng KSS is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive restraint safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seatbelt, cushion and the whole vehicle restraint safety systems integration.

Yanfeng KSS has two production bases, Road xiupu base is located at the Kangqiao Industry Zone of Pudong Shanghai, with airbag modules manufacturing center,cushion manufacturing center and a world class technical center which has world class vehicle restraint safety system development capability. Yanfeng KSS is the first vehicle safety system supplier in China that has been equipped with dynamic sled crush test machine. The technical center not only undertakes its own safety system product R&D demand of the company, but also provides engineering development service to domestic and overseas OEMs. Lingang base is located at the Fengxian Lingang Industry Zone of Fengxian Shanghai, with steering wheels and seatbelts manufacturing center.
The company domestic business covers most of the major OEMs in China, such as SGM, SVW, SAIC, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-VW, JAC, SGM Wuling, Geely, Chery, and etc. The company export business also reaches Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and etc. The company products have been well received among its domestic and overseas customers.
