职位描述
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Optimize company brand presence and communication
? Propose, assist and/or implement marketing strategy
? Propose, assist and/or implement marketing plan with follow-up of sales inquiries
? Work closely with Group's stakeholders, Business Development Team and external agencies
? Manage external agencies or freelancer for advertising material, PR, content, design, concepts and printing services.
? Work closely with IT and external agencies in the development and delivery of the website (internet, intranet) to ensure a good company communication, user experience
? Drive process of online content management, website development, overall online user experience and actuality of intranet and internet
? Maintain all online content including but not limited to press events, news and company updates, social media.
? Update or assist material, case studies, content for various marketing channels
? Support the business owners by managing brand and product positioning and brand equity to generate realistic leads for the sales team
? Work closely with different departments to discuss, understand, identify and anticipate marketing communications needs and execute marketing communications initiatives
? Manage third party vendors for advertising, PR, give-aways and printing services.
Further possible duties:
? Supervise marketing budget and its efficient use through implementing proper policies & vendor management rules.
? Write marketing descriptions/marketing campaigns for various channels (flyers, posters, eCards, website etc.). All the descriptions will be in English - further language possible.
? Utilize channels such as advertising, targeted direct mailing, client networking activities, press conferences and exhibition/seminar sponsorships in order to carry out segment based marketing activities and create lead generation opportunities.
Experience and Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above; applicants who major in marketing, economics, finance, management, English are given prior consideration;
? Fresh graduate or applicants with 1-2 year relevant working experience;
? Good marketing sense and being able to be persuasive both orally and in written.
? Strong interest, passion, knowledge and experience in (Online) Marketing & Social Media
? Pro-active, energetic and positive personality
? Creative, detail-and result-oriented
? Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
? With experience of direct marketing activities like web marketing, with knowledge of online landscape of China and response driver communications
? Excellent communication and coordination skills is a must
? Working experience in multi-national IT service company is a plus
? Ability to communicate effectively in several languages and with different groups of people (oversea partners, agencies, customers) is a plus
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Effective response to management requests
? Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance
? Ability to look at situations from several points of view
? Ability to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas
