Qualifications:
1. More than 10yrs working experience in the fiber optics industry (both high speed Tx/Rx, passive components), and 3+ yrs R&D or NPI function management is a must.
2. Strong process packaging technology background, fully coverage experience and deep knowledge (capability and design rule) on the major assembly platform in fiber optics industry, such as diebond, wirebond, alignment and coupling, hermetic sealing, laser welding, epoxy and solder.
3. Strong project management skill and proven successful project execution is preferred.
4. Solid knowledge on 6sigma such as DOE, FMEA, GR&R, SPC and related reliability requirement.
5. Aggressive, self-motivation, powerful and resourceful.
