Position Details：
1. To be responsible for process development for passive integration and high speed transmission components based on project-oriented.
2. Works under general direction and independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Practiced experience or proven success record at executing a wide range of problems are preferred.
3. Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on projects in providing technical solutions.
4. Understanding and wide application of technical theories and concepts in a limited field of expertise. General knowledge of other related disciplines is required.
5. Oversea travel if needed for multi-sites within JDSU, product/process transfer to CM, platform buyoff etc.

Required Qualifications：
1. Master degree or above, major on optoelectronics, material science or optics or physics.
2. 0~6years working experience on optic-electronics industry.
3. Good personality on communication, implementation power and fast learning capability, competent to execute solutions to commonly encountered problems.
4. Good logic and engineering sense.
