职位描述

Position Details
The Sr. Manager for OSP Sales in APAC is responsible for the development and growth of the sales operation in APAC to meet the strategic business initiatives. This will be achieved by developing a sales team that is capable of delivering growth. The manager provides leadership in a complex changing market, implements strategic judgment and establishes and maintains customer relationships. Candidate uses a network of influential relationships across the APAC region to develop the opportunities for JDSU’s business, and demonstrate a cultural awareness combined with business acumen to significantly increase the penetration of our products.
Required Qualifications
? Utilize their excellent business acumen, team building skills, and technical background to lead the implementation of a successful sales strategy that grows revenue and profit.
? Leverage sales and business systems and processes to deliver, a high performing sales team, operational efficiency, risk management, competitive advantage and an ability to out-perform the market.
? Achieve revenue targets (through accurate forecasting of bookings and orders) while maintaining quality standards, controlling expenses.
? Manage the organization to ensure employees adhere to JDSU polices and business controls to mitigate risk.
? Build organizational bench strength through; coaching, succession planning, employee development and hiring excellence.
? Effectively manage organizational change.
? Develop and personally engage in executive level customer relationships/selling. Leadership skills to establish and effectively maintain executive relationships with customers and industry partners; ability to develop and implement joint strategies and build synergistic win-win relationships.
? Manage across diversity of culture, language, geography and leadership style.
? Drive the success of the matrix management model and other company strategic initiatives.
? Demonstrated ability to manage and lead in a diverse and complex business environment.
? Excellent strategic judgment
? Strong communication skills in speech, writing, and presentations
? Minimum of 15 years of experience related to sales development and management with a history of success in delivering on growth expectations.
? Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
? BSEE, BSCS and/or engineering-related degree required with advanced technical degree and MBA desirable.
