负责公司自主研发软件产品及实施项目的软件测试工作，包括：
负责公司自主研发软件产品及实施项目的软件测试工作，包括：
- 根据软件需求规格说明书，规划设计系统模块测试方案，制订测试计划；
- 执行测试用例与协助调测试工作;
- 提交测试报告和软件问题描述清单;
- 自动化测试工具的引入和使用;
- 分析客户常见问题，并不断改进测试策略与流程，以提高客户满意度.
职位要求
- 大专及以上学历，计算机或相关专业;
- 两年以上软件测试相关工作经验能够独立承担一个中型项目的软件测试工作;
- 熟悉软件测试过程和测试方法;
- 有B/S架构测试经验;
- 熟悉Windows操作系统，熟悉SQL Server数据库;
- 具备良好的沟通和团队合作能力，有良好的职业素养;
- 性格稳重，吃苦耐劳，肯钻研，善于学习新技术;
- 具有良好的执行能力和持续改进能力，热爱测试工作.
