Job Description:

1. Monitoring and control inspection tasks effeiciently in SAP within timeframe requirement.
监督和控制在规定的时间内完成SAP中的检验任务。
2. Monitoring and control defect finding reporting in SAP within timeframe requirement.
监督和控制在规定的时间内完成SAP中的不良发现报告。
3. Inspection team members qualification and performance profile establish and maintainence.
检验团队所有成员的资格认证和表现的文档的建立和维护。
4. Inspection Knowledge training ( including quality Inspection basic knowledge, Quality Inspection Clarification, Quality Inspection Institution , Quality inspection Plan and other necessary inspection knowledge training). And also make sure inspector have these knowledge through test.
检验知识的培训（包括质量检验基础知识，质量检验分类，质量检验结构，质量检验计划和其他必要的检验知识培训）。并且通过考试确保检验员已获取这些知识。
5. Inspection relevant procedure training, and also make sure inspector have these knowledge through test.
检验相关流程的培训，并且通过考试确保检验员已获取这些知识。
6. SAP inspecton module training, and also make sure inspector have these knowledge through test.
SAP检验模块的培训，并且通过考试确保检验员已获取这些知识。
7. Inspection equipment operation training, and also make sure inspector have these knowledge through test.
检验设备操作培训，并且通过考试确保检验员已获取这些知识。
8. Reporting Handling relevant with inspection .
关于检验相关报告的处理。
9. 5S monitoring and maintence regularly. And make sure working are tidy and clean.
5S定期监督与维护. 并且确保工作区域的干净整洁。
10. Working hours and attendance monitoring and management
工时和考勤的监控和管理。
11. Other tasks assigned by Quality Supervisor and Manager

Qualification:
1. Associate or above
2. More than 5 years’ working experience
3. ISO9001:2008 certificate
4. Crane operation certificate
5. Quality inspection expertise with theoretical knowledge;
6. Must have the ability to understand the drawing.
7. Skilful to use measuring equipment
8. Familiar with ISO9001 / ISO14001 / OHSAS and application
9. Good English(writing and oral) communication skills
10. Skilled use of Office software and has knowledge of SAP/ ERP.
