主要工作内容：
· Interact with the release and project teams to get the business requirements, understand what’s coming in with the release and take the necessary knowledge transition.
· Should be well versed with performance testing concepts, scripting, execution, analysis and reporting with various industry standard performance testing tools like, Load Runner, JMeter, VSTS etc
· Create performance test strategy and test plan
· Establish equivalency/difference of load test environment(s) to production environment(s) to highlight effectiveness of performance testing to simulate desired production load.
· Report weekly/monthly team performance, achievements and agreed operational reporting.
· Deploy best practices and adhere to all set processes. Simplify and suggest process improvements
· Solid verbal and written communication skills, including documentation (architecture, design and training)
· Experience with Unix operating systems & Databases
· Very strong technical background and hands-on experience on OS, Database, Web Application Servers and an ability to understand the ERP Applications using the above technologies.
· Experience with the industry standard web architectures, including server setup, load balancing, clustering, reverse proxy, networking, deployment, security including authentication and authorization (LDAP, Site minder) and common change and migration processes.
