What are my responsibilities?

1. Responsible the mechanical design and architecture design

-Mechanical feasibility study, Architect analysis, technical solution analysis, cost estimation support;

-Review product requirement and define product features, support prodcution engineering analysis;

-Establish design document. (Festure list, variant analysis,HLD,OIL,ME test report ..etc.)

-Create 3D and 2D drawing with creative idea or innovative solution; support tooling design, tracking and release design data for production.

-Good management for the project daily tasks, risks and problems.

-Well understand Siemens design guideline, SN36350 etc., good design quality

2. Responsible for the drawing & document review for ME designs;

-Review 3D/2D design for other team member and provide efficient advices.

-Review design document for other team member.

3. Authors and executes ME test concept design;

-Good understanding for ME test concept and finish the standard test case for product.

-Initiative to optimize the ME test case and test setup.

4. The third part cooperation.

-Prepare relevant data for Engineering sample, plan,track and verify the status.

-Working with third teams and Implement the mechnical part qualification process, confirm the product quality fulfill siemens criteria.

-Evaluate suppliers with other department colleagues

-Good cooperation with third teams, support and guide production.

5. Maintain old products and provide technical support for other department as well.

6. Well R&D process implement skill, coach team member for development process; optimize template, process, ensure well support to development.

7. Training and coaching of staff in the team for mechanical design skill improvement

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 5-8 years releated working experience;Good experience at metal sheet part & plastic part design

2. 1-3 years similar product design experience (Eg. HVAC, sensors, HMI, Keypads, etc.)

3. Experienced in inductry product design

4. Working experience under regular project management and process control

5. Technical leader is prefered

6. Experience in international companies is advantage

7. Good master EDA tools, UG/TC, ProE, CAD…

8. Good command of oral, writing, reading English

What else do I need to know?

1. Familiar to ME design, concept design and architecture design

2. Good command of Plastic material characters, features, etc.

3. Deeply understand plastic tooling design, manufacturing technology

4. Knowledge of PEP process

5. Knowledge of HVAC product
