职位描述
BASIC FUNCTIONS
1. Be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the installation and reconfiguration of Haworth products.
2. Work closely with Order Fulfillment and the Logistics Manager to ensure customers (internal & external) are kept informed of changes in shipment and installation dates.
3. Responsible for ensuring that order, product and installation problems are quickly and effectively resolved.
4. Be responsible for efficient planning, organizing & executing project management works with minimum cost effect to the organization without compromising the quality of customer service in completing the projects.
5. Work closely with sales to quote on projects, takes up communication with the Logistic Manager to drive the compilation of competitive quotes and suggests methods to ensure the GP is safeguarded at all times.
6. Service Point tasks and assignments are to increase the GP of a Project through variation billing and through consolidation of logistics costs, service point jobs to achieve an average GP of 30% wherever possible / support and maintain margins on key projects, retention of strategic accounts, promote growth in new customer segments. With time the implementation of a Haworth brand identity to that of a full service provider.
7. Be responsible for negotiating pricing with local suppliers (working under direction of the Logistics Manager), to reduce pricing so we are competitive in quoting for larger jobs (supplier examples; Emolior, Utick, Jenline, Koala, CMS, Elite).
8. Carry out 3-way matching of all vendors’ billings for accuracy and reasonableness & verify with project name and sales order number references for finance to charge out against respective project costing or administrative expenses.
9. Process payment instructions for finance to settle vendor’s billings, if required on cash-on-delivery terms
10. Do any other duties as and when delegated by the management.

REQUIREMENTS
A university or technical school degree in design, architecture or a similar field of study.
A minimum of 5 years work experience.
Project management experience in the contract office furniture industry.
Ability to read and interpret blue-prints
Ability to travel to customer sites within the region as required.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
High degree of professionalism and integrity.
