The Senior Analyst, Payables Operations is responsible for enforcing compliance with Disney’s Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) policies, including but not limited to, purchase order (PO) exceptions, after-the-fact POs, and improper travel/procurement card and expense usage. Achieving targeted invoice data matching/posting goals, while working with internal clients and external vendors to ensure defects are resolved timely. Within AP scope, the Senior Analyst will also focus on root-cause analysis and corrective actions, maintaining vendor master policy and structure, assist and identify areas of opportunity for change that will positively impact customer satisfaction and value. This role will be required to collaborate and manage relationships with internal partners, stakeholders and suppliers to identify/ propose process improvements that will drive efficiencies. Position reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Payables Operations.
Responsibilities

  • Processing, auditing and approving invoices within the SAP enterprise resource planning system
  • Facilitate stakeholder and supplier relationships in the APAC region
  • Lead project and initiatives in partnership with key suppliers and Sourcing & Procurement to correct account issues
  • Ensure internal controls are followed and preserve integrity of the vendor master database to mitigate risk to company data and/or assets
  • Partner with key internal clients to correct errors, identify the root cause of deficiencies and lead appropriate process change efforts to reduce recurrence
  • Conduct travel/expense management audits in accordance with established thresholds
  • Liaise with Disney Worldwide Shared Services (DWSS) T&E team with regard to overall Company card administration needs related to the APAC region
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations and Company policies/procedures, as they relate to the areas of accounts payable and travel/expense management
  • Ensure accounting entries are accurately reflected within SAP and adjusted accordingly in the supplier’s records
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific guidelines related to tax reporting codes and withholding requirements
  • Process off-cycle and emergency payment requests
  • Special complex transaction related projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications


  • Written and verbal English fluency
  • 1-2 years Accounts Payable, Travel/Expense Management, Finance, Accounting or equivalent

experience, preferably with a large-scale, multi-national employer

  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to clearly and concisely articulate

business issues and frame-up solutions

  • Ability to propose and evaluate solutions
  • Ability to multi-tasks and deliver on commitments
  • Ability to research and identify continuous improvement solutions
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and influence team members

Preferred Qualifications


  • MBA, Master’s of Accountancy or equivalent
  • Experience working with travel/expense management, including Commercial travel card and/or procurement card programs
  • Ability to work with team members in a highly collaborative, efficient manner
  • Six Sigma or similar quality certification
  • Entertainment and Media experience
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Experience working in a mature shared services environment SAP systems knowledge

应付款业务高级分析师负责确保迪士尼应付账款和差旅费政策的合规,包括但不仅限于采购订单异常,完成后的采购订单以及旅游/采购卡的不当使用。在实现定向发票数据匹配/过账目标的同时与内部客户和外部供应商合作,以确保及时付款信息的准确性。在付账款范围内,高级分析师的工作着重于根源分析和制定纠正措施,维持供应商主政策和结构,找出将能够对客户满意度和价值产生积极影响的变更机会。担任这一职位将需要与内部合作方、利益相关方和供应商合作,识别/提出流程改进意见,以提高效率。这一职位直接向应付款业务助理经理汇报工作。
职责

  • 处理、审查和核准SAP企业资源规划系统中的发票
  • 协调与亚太区利益相关方和供应商之间的关系
  • 带头开展项目和行动,与关键供应商和采购部合作更正账户相关问题
  • 确保遵循内部控制手段以及保持供应商主数据库的完整性,以降低公司数据和/或资产的风险
  • 与主要内部客户合作以更正错误,辨明产生弊端的根本原因并带头对流程作适当更改以降低弊端重复出现的概率
  • 按照确定的临界值,对差旅费的管理实施审计
  • 就亚太区范围内的公司卡管理整体需求联络迪斯尼全球共享服务差旅费团队
  • 对亚太区的散户、利益相关方和供应商提供支持
  • 确保遵守所有与应付账款和差旅费管理相关的适用法规和公司政策/程序
  • 确保记账项目准确反应在SAP系统中并在供应商记录中作相应调整
  • 确保遵守与报税准则相关的国家特定准则和扣缴要求
  • 处理非周期性的和紧急的支付请求
  • 完成上级下达的与复杂交易相关的特殊项目

基本条件

  • 英语口语流利,书写能力强
  • 1~2年应付账款、差旅费管理、财务、会计或相关经验,拥有大型跨国企业工作经验尤佳
  • 熟悉 MS Outlook、MS Word、MS Excel、MS PowerPoint 和 MS Access
  • 有很强的分析和解决问题的技能;能够清晰准确地阐明业务问题和制定相应的解决方案
  • 能够提出并评价解决方案
  • 能够同时进行多项任务,按照先前约定的要求完成交付
  • 能够研究并识别持续改进解决方案
  • 灵活应对变化,能影响团队成员

理想条件

  • 工商管理硕士、会计学硕士或同等学历
  • 有差旅费管理方面的工作经验,包括商旅卡和/或采购卡项目
