HASSELL overview HASSELL is a leading multi-disciplinary Australian design firm with offices throughout Asia. We are currently seeking candidates for our China design studios to undertake a range of innovative design projects in PRC. HASSELL offers a collaborative working environment in a boutique design studio culture. |
Role description The positions require creative design / project leaders with relevant experience and skills. He/she will be responsible for efficiently leading the design process, presenting projects and guiding a support team to ensure the project outcome meets the design excellence requirements of HASSELL. |
Requirements, e.g. skills and experience
All positions: _A qualification in Interior Design or Architecture _Creative design talent and commitment to development of a strong design culture _Has completed a project where a significant design input was recognised _Strong skills and understanding of commercial and financial components of major developments _Ability to set clear standards and expectations and ensure their delivery _Ability to exercise effective judgement within constrained time-scales and resources in the light of competing pressures _Experience in Mainland China an advantage _English Language plus Mandarin preferred Role Types: _Senior Associate – Hospitality (Shanghai & Beijing) _10 - 15 years experience, primarily in hospitality, working on known hotel brands, resort hotels, boutique hotels, both in China and internationally. Multiple sector experience also considered.
