优秀大学英语专业毕业，具有建筑、景观、规划、室内设计等相关行业知识和经验者优先；
三年以上房地产、建筑、规划、酒店运营等相关领域工作经验，拥有商务及业务拓展经验；
中英文听说读写表达流利，熟练掌握Office办公软件应用。

English degree with bachelor Degree from top universities, preferably with Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Design industry experience and knowledge;
At least 3 years working experience in related field, including experience in business administration and business development;
Candidates must be bilingual: Mandarin/English proficiency essential, good at Office software application.

主要职责：Responsibilities:
Work within Business Development and Marketing team, and report to Business Development Manager to support entire China market;

In charge of preparation of bilingual proposal of various projects and client follow up;

Answer client inquiries with good phone manner.

负责公司相关项目中英文报价建议书等的编制及客户跟进；

负责接洽客户业务垂询电话。
