2 x Senior Marketing Communications Assistants

Roles and Responsibilities

Must speak English and Chinese

? Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager the Senior Marketing Communications Assistant is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing activity across the business.

? Their key responsibility is to take direction from the Marketing Communications Manager and manage the team in China to ensure that activity is implemented according to the brief.

? They will work with the team in China to ensure all collateral is created according to the brand guidelines.

? It is also the responsibility of the Senior Marketing Communications Assistant to work with the data analyst to evaluate all activity and work with the Marketing communications manager to create reports for the senior team.

? Providing daily status reports to the marketing communications manager across all activity including reporting on effective of activity and if achieving sales targets

Specialist Expertise

1. Digital marketing
Working with the Marketing Communications Manager the Senior Marketing Communications Assistant will assist in the development and implementation of the following activity
? Launch of the Haoyuncai website and on-going activity to drive traffic to the site and increase sales
? eDM & Text campaigns for both BWLC and HYC
? Work with the team in China to launch campaigns to current customers to increase retention; driving sales and ARPU for the both HYC and BWLC
? Launch activity to support the mobile app
In addition to the above they will also liaise with the product team and brief the Marketing Communications manager regarding the requirements for the sites and app to improve the customer experience.

2. Retail marketing
Responsible for directing the team in China to implement a retail marketing programme in liaison which will include the following;
? In-store promotions such as FPD, competitions and free gifts
? Development of 3rd party partnerships to provide rewards
? Creation of events around key retail periods
? Ad hoc activity to drive sales of specific products

Working with the data analyst and China team the Senior Marketing Communications Assistant will provide daily reports during the campaign period as well assisting in the creation of a full campaign evaluation at the end of each activity.

3. Sales Support and Internal communications
Creation of the sales support materials will be created based on the requirements of the Sales Director. The Senior Marketing Communications Assistant will work with both the internal design team and the agency based on the briefs from the Marketing Communications Manager.
