职位描述
Personal Responsibility
1. Control the inventory level according to business needs. Weekly check with sales and Marketing for the stock status.
2. Coordinate with marketing department for the order placement. Frequent check the inventory on hand and in transit.
3. Be responsible for the stock transferring between Shanghai and Beijing warehouse. Ensure the safety stock in each warehouse.
4. Be responsible for the stock health. Timely check the inventory which waited for inspection and push related department to check and recover.
5. Optimize the inventory with the support from sales, marketing and finance. Work with finance department for the dispose or scrap the unsellable inventory.
6. Be responsible for making and issuing the monthly inventory report. Work out some special report based to the business request.
7. Make the yearly budget for logistics. Review the monthly cost and propose the improvement area within department.
Professional Background
Good knowledge of inventory control, planning or forecast.
Good knowledge on ERP system;
Good knowledge of PC skill including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Good sense for the number.
Experience and skill
Good communication skill and can work under the pressure.
At least 3 years working experience in Logistics, planning or sales support.
At least 3 years working experience in WFOE /JV environments.
Experience for the ERP system implementation will be preferred.
