职位描述
Personal Responsibility：
Optimize the performance of forwarders and Customs brokers and keep the most competitive price and best service
Keep internal customers timely posted for the inbound shipping/arrival status
Domestic transportation management
Managing 3rd party logistics partner, review and appraise the operational performance of 3PL via KPIs.
Audit the billing regularly from 3PL.
Rate and negotiation with 3PL on required service.
Transportation process optimization to reduce cycle time as well as cost saving.
Support and implement transportation projects to further improve delivery service.
Cost control.
Professional Background：
Knowledge on the transportation for domestic market.
Basic knowledge on ERP system; Good knowledge of PC skill including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of transportation regulation and law
Experience and skill：
Good communication skills.
Work under the pressure.
Good competence for conflict treatment.
At least 3 years working experience in Logistics, international transportation and domestic transportation.
Working experience in WFOE /JV environments is preferred.
The freight forwarder experience is a plus.
