受某跨国公司委托，为其寻找 Software Development Manager/Senior Manager，职位描述如下：

1. Direct the efforts of all staff in the software development team for the planning and execution of project design.
2. Consult with Product Manager and Sales/Marketing to evaluate customer requirements and define release functionality.
3.Evaluate the firmware and software needs necessary to support designs and other engineering requirements.
4.Ensure the on-time completion of all project milestones. Project milestones can include requirements definition, design reviews, /firmware/software delivery and others.
5.Evaluate product designs and recommend ways to reduce engineering or manufacturing costs while maintaining or improving performance and quality standards.
6.Champion the creation of a work environment, which fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction.
7.Play a major role in staffing the China Development Center.

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
2. Minimum of 10 years experience with firmware and software development.
3. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the field of computer networking.
4. Strong project management skills.

5. Strong speaking and writing English language skills
6. Ability to communicate technical or business information to all levels of personnel including senior and executive management.
7. Must possess a strong background in all aspects of software development

8. Provide evidence of substantial leadership and management responsibilities.
