RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop innovative new industrial additive technology
? Work closely with sales and marketing to understand market needs
? Document project progress as require by manager
? Process development supporting new product introductions
? Utilize analytical resources to test and characterize new products
? Accurately record data, interpret results and independently determine path forward
? Utilize design of experiment methodology to improve efficiency of daily work
? Work with colleagues to apply existing chemistry to the industrial market
