Synopsys Office management (Contractor)：

It is HR & Facility combined role in Beijing office to support office service on

· New hire orientation on Facility and HR part

· Space allocation, seat occupancy report and layout update

· Manage cleaning service, drinking water, and office plants placement ,etc

· Security management and employee badge management

· Manage all the relative vendors and PR process

· Coordination with landlord and building management , assist office lease and fit-out project and equipment maintenance.

· Office facility maintenance (air-condition/door/electricity/fire extinguisher/lights/copy machine maintenance, Furniture arrangement. etc )
Support Server room UPS and air condition management

· Support HR initiatives in Beijing office : on-site interview arrangement / Training venue settlement and class coordination / new hire onboarding greeting / employees’ permits application and FESCO service assistance like medical claim, etc

· Support site events led by site manager and dot line to site manager as well.

Requirement:
1.Above 3 years of relative experience on HR or Facility field, 2 years program management experiences on facility set up is plus.

2.Good communication skill with internal customers and external vendors
3.Passion for the job and positive attitude to handle all kinds of requests on-site with solution oriented and systematically thinking
4.Skill for word/ excel and Powerpoint
5.Fluent spoken and written English in daily job
