Educational background
? Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant subject with additional environmental qualifications.
? Detailed knowledge of local and national environmental legislation
Experience
? 3 or more years of experience working in support of environmental programs in a chemical plant.
? Experience in dealing with government environmental inspectors.
Language Skills:
? Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
Technical Competencies (detailed specification):
? Ability to think systematically
? Excellent skills on traction, power point, MS project
? Strong organization skills
? Strong technical skills
? Ability to work independently and in a team environment
? Ability to work successfully with internal and external customers in a professional manner
