职位描述

Responsibilities:
A. Master the daily Administration affair, arrange and coordinate the work of O&A department to ensure achieving all tasks completed on time.
B. Arrange Archive Management according to regulation
C. Meeting Rooms Management, including reservation, set up and equipment.
D. Responsible for meeting arrangement, informing participants, prepare meeting summery record, distribute decisions and action items.
E. Responsible for receipting domestic and foreign visitors. Confirming offices are tidy and remind about formal dress code.
F. Send and Receive all the letters and mails of the company.
G. Responsible for office Energy Saving and Security procedures according to regulations.
H. Responsible for a smooth operation of switch board and answering machine to ensure all calls are handled properly.
I. Liaise and negotiate with related suppliers, check and compare prices, conduct tenders for different products that the office consumes and reduce cost of office operation;
J. Record all suppliers’ info and check if they are qualified supplier yearly.
K. Book tickets, hotel, and other arrangement required.
L. Assist and manage communication between the different departments in the office.
M. Assigned task by senior management.

Qualification:
A. College degree, major in administration management is preferred
B. Excellent spoken and writing English, good writing and communication skills. CET-4 or above is required.
C. Excellent computer skills. Reliable and capable of keeping confidential information. Positive and good tempered.
