Main Duties
？ Plan, monitor, manage and perform the entire importing procedure for the products of the account’s client/s;
？ Study and analyze the logistics questionnaire for the specific client/s;
？ Communicate with the client’s logistic people before shipments are leaving the place of origin, instructing them on the best way to pack and record all shipping documents in order to ensure a smooth release from custom’s house;
？ Communicate with custom house and Imp/Exp agent before and during release of goods until goods are satisfactory released;
？ Receive goods into designated WH;
？ Perform all duties as warehouse manager which are relevant o the client/’s goods;
？ Update ERP system daily in real time and not delay recording activities;
？ Submit weekly reports to logistics Manager;
？ Coordinate and manage currier for distribution of goods;
？ Improve procedures and regulation;
？ Handle all communication with overseas client;
？ Prepare evaluation based on client’s logistics questionnaire.

Reports and Measurable indicators:
？ Daily activity report;
？ Weekly stock report from ERP system
？ Weekly report excel
？ Quarterly fixed asset report
？ 0 variance on yearly stock count
？ Ability to solve and explain variances during the year
？ Minimum amount of client’s complaint
？ Meet lead time as agreed in the sales contracts
？ Tidiness and management of WH
