Job Description：
Take executive responsibility for the efficient running of Management.
Provide high-quality administration support for manager, including managing diary, correspondence, scheduling appointments, receiving visitors and phone call screening
Plan and organize meetings, business events and activities;
Assist in all aspects of management, follow up general planning
Research, draft and write reports, proposals, presentation and correspondence
Translator and interpreter of important issues
Collaboration and communication with other departments
Requirements:
More than 1 years related experience in assistant job;
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written is a must;
Professional Legal knowledge preferred
Bachelor degree or above;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proactive approach to work and self-motivated with excellent service attitude;
Responsible, diligent; independent, mature, highly organized;
Quick learner and team player;
Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
