职位描述
Key Objectives:
- Plan and develop used car sourcing channels, especially from existing Aftersales/ SF /Fleet customer
- Initiate used car sourcing program.
- Coordinate Aftersales, CRM and SF at OEM level to provide systemic tools to support dealer's trade-in/sourcing.
Major Responsibilities:
- Main Tasks
• Plan and develop BMW used car sourcing channels, especially from existing Aftersales/ SF /Fleet customer.
• Initiate used car sourcing program.
• Coordinate Aftersales, CRM and SF at OEM level to provide systemic tools to support dealer's trade-in/sourcing.
• Develop the used car direct purchase process and minimize the risks of used car purchasing, such as legal contract , title transfer and transportation etc.
• Develop the BMW used car wholesale price guide for national as well as regions.
• Monitor the used car purchasing staff performance in each dealership
• Identify the training needs of dealer used car purchasing staff and implement it. - Marketing & PR
• Support marketing programs in co-operation with used car sourcing especially CRM tools.
• Coordinate the activities in BMW used car sourcing communication and public relationship . - Quality Assurance Tasks
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the information emanating from the used car department
• Complete all analysis and reporting tasks in a format that allows management to make effective decisions
• All standard operating procedures that relate to the position will be monitored and amended accordingly when necessary
• All endeavors will be made to ensure accuracy, timeliness, neatness, record keeping and integrity
• Ensure complete and accurate data base input and reporting
Education / Degree:
- Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent
Knowledge / Skills / Competences:
- Fluent in Chinese and English is a must
- Understanding of BMW corporate philosophy and image
- Negotiating skills
- Analytical skills and strong personality
- Willingness to travel
- Communication skills
Experience:
- At least 5 years job experience in retail sales or wholesale, preferably in selling new or used automobiles
