岗位职责

1、拟定并完善内部审计制度和流程，制定审计计划和审计预算；

2、组织实施财务审计、管理审计和效益审计等；

3、拟定审计方案，起草审计报告和管理建议书等审计文书；

4、及时发现公司潜在问题和风险，提出改进意见；

5、督促审计结论和建议的落实；

6、负责审计过程中与相关部门的协调和沟通。



任职资格

1、财务、会计、审计等相关专业本科以上学历；

2、具有注册会计师或审计师资格；

3、2年以上审计经理经验；

4、熟悉财税法规、审计程序和公司财务管理流程；

5、优秀的沟通、协调及管理能力，良好的职业道德和团队协作精神；

6、英语熟练。
- the successful candidate will be based in China corporate office in XinZhuang, Shanghai. He will report directly to the Regional Financial Controller (RFC) of Asia who is based in Malaysia
- prepare risk-based internal audit plan and carry out financial and operational audit at factories/offices/shops.
- prepare audit report which include audit findings, implications and concrete recommendations on a timely manner. Follow-up on implementation status of previous audit issues.
- review Company’s policies, operational processes and procedures to identify internal control risks/issues and deliver constructive recommendations, and provide consultative services to Asia Regional Finance (ARF) from time-to-time.
- review franchise and retail business of the company and strengthen internal controls
- review external business relationships (EBR) and implement fraud preventive measures
- lead a small team of internal auditors in China and uphold its credibility, independence and objectivity. Provide training, guidance and coaching to staff.
- prepare Expenses budget for the China internal audit team and make regular update
- undertake special assignments and ad-hoc investigations as assigned by RFC and Regional HQ in Malaysia.

possess a recognized Accounting/Audit degree from a reputable local university
- min 8 years internal audit experience in a retail/manufacturing environment in China, preferably with 2 years or more as an audit manager
- extensive experience in risk management and good understanding of business control processes
- knowledge of China company/business laws and business practices is required
- strong analytical and financial spreadsheet/IT skill with adequate ERP experience
- able to travel extensively around China to carry out audit and investigative work
- good communication and report presentation skill, effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
- smart and tactful in dealing with local/regional colleagues
