Requriements:

1. Over five year working experience in legal field.

2. Law degree in a famous law school is basic, intellectual property field, overseas study and qualification are plus.

3. Excellent legal and business writing skills in obth English and Chinese are required.

4. Strong motivation and ability to work independently.

5. Strong responsibilities to work and very detail oriented.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.

7. Fast learner and good team player.

Job describtion:

1. To develop and maintain business relation with licensees, aspirants and patent owners.

2. To conduct licensing or settlement negotiation with (potential) licensees and registered manufacturers.

3. To draft agreements, side letters, and other documents necessary for the licensing activities.

4. To conduct research and render opinion about laws and regulations in China.

5. To monitor and enforce the compliance of license agreements, registration agreements or settlement agreements.

6. To monitor and enforce the timeliness and accuracy of settlement payments, royalty reports, and royalty payments.

7. To initiate, conduct, or coordinate local and international enforcement activities
