职位描述
Core Responsibilities:
1. Report and support National Sales Manager to realize sales objectives whole China
2. Fully responsible for area sales objectives
3. Provide National Sales Manager more accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecast, especially for instruments forecast.
4. Recruiting qualified sales managers and train them and coach them professionally
5. Actively and professionally challenge sales managers for achieving sales objectives
6. Manage /control MPR, PID, Delivery Data, Database correctly and make those tools more precisely and efficiently.
7. Organize monthly tower control meeting in order to share field information with CCM and FSM, find or propose solutions to solve problems.
8. Push SM TCM and make feedback on instant information timely.
9. Visit VIP customers regularly and finish super VIP campaign.
10.Continue to look for any potential partners
11.Be ready to handle with logistic partners to take over logistic tasks once we terminate a non qualified distributor
12.Try any biz models to realize sales targets
13.Collect competitors information timely

1. Ability to learn continuously
2. Professional communication skills
3. Should be ready to work in a multinational environment
4. Ability to collect, analyze and summarize marketing information
5. Be professional in the industry of biology medicine, biological medicine and medical equipment
6. Effectively communicate with other departments
7. Team spirit
Job Requirement:
1. 5 or above years working experience, at least 3 years working experience in medical industry and laboratory
2. Bachelor or above from university
3. Frequently travel
4. Fluent English in listening, writing, reading and oral communication
