Requirement:

? Responsible for coordination and planning of new passive optical network component product development activities to ensure timely development, qualification, and release to production of optical modules.
? Facilitate a strong cross-functional interaction between product line managers, development teams, and internal and external operations teams.
? This individual will occupy a high visibility position with internal technical, operations, and administrative functions.

Qualification:

? Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Chinese in required.
? A successful track record of managing product development schedules and coordinating activity while rigorously managing cost, schedule and risk is required.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Expert user of Microsoft Project is required.
? Industry experience in optical communication systems, photonics components, or a related area is desired.
? In-depth knowledge of optical network architectures, components, and fiber-optic communication system engineering is desired.
? Product development experience with development of passive optical components for optical network subsystems or modules is desirable
