Qualifications 任职资格
Bachelor and above degree, preferably with Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Design industry experience and knowledge;
大学本科以上文凭，具有建筑、景观、规划、室内设计等相关行业知识和经验者优先；
At least 5 years working experience in related field, focusing on business development;
五年以上房地产、建筑、规划、酒店项目等相关领域工作经验，具有丰富的商务及业务拓展经验；
Mandarin/English proficiency essential, good at Office software application. Graphic design software such as In Design and Photo Shop will be a plus.
中英文听说读写表达流利，熟练掌握Office办公软件应用，掌握InDesign和 PhotoShop软件优先；
Be able to identify and develop clients independently and hit annual sales budget；
拥有独立开发客户的能力，并达到既定销售目标；
Be able to communicate client requirements to intern execution team, communicate with executors, designers for the project to be implemented smoothly.
能够将客户的要求完整全面的传达给项目执行团队，保证项目执行人员、设计人员工作的顺利进行
Be able to coordinate internal and external project/execution requirements and be able to build good work relationship with both colleagues and clients.
能够协调项目执行过程中内外部间的要求匹配，并与同事及客户之间达成良好的合作关系；
Team player and can work under pressure。

Responsibilities 主要职责
Work within China Business Development and Marketing team to explore new customer and project lead in Beijing and northern China region, and report to regional directors.
作为中国业务及市场发展团队成员，向区域总监汇报，开拓北京及公司北方市场新的客户和项目机会；
Market research and identify new target markets;
针对潜在市场进行信息搜集和研究；
Coordinate business promotion, marketing seminars.
协调组织市场宣传活动;
Assist with preparation of bilingual proposals and client following up; prepare reports of submissions on a regular basis.
负责公司相关项目中英文报价建议书等的编制及客户跟进，定期整理汇总文件
