1、负责为500强企业的驻沪外籍人事提供高端物业租赁及相关咨询服务；

2、独立完成与客户的联系和交流；

3、为客户及家人提供专业的建议和咨询；

4、负责外出带看房源，向客户讲解房源信息；

* 任职资格

1、工作经历
- 专科学历，专业不限；

- 有海外留学或房地产销售、租赁相关工作经验者优先考虑

- 熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力

2、技能技巧

- 熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力（邮件为主）

- 熟练运用电脑办公软件

- 良好的团队合作精神和服务意识,良好的沟通能力

3、态度

- 积极的工作态度，能够承受较大的工作压力和弹性工作时间

- 沟通能力强，积极进取，诚实自信
