Tasks & Responsibilities:

Responsible for:

1、Ensure on time delivery of the electrical engineering documentation according to the valid work instructions with regard to the project and contractual requirements, e.g.: Equipment specification; Technical Dossier for Procurement comprising of the general technical.

2、Provide inputs for the preparation of system time schedule upon request by LE

3、Provide information to prepare the flat-file to follow-up the process engineering progress upon request by LE.

4、Participate to the elaboration of the procurement concept.

5、Negotiate and agree with the suppliers the technical solution of the equipment supply and reflect in the Equipment Specifications and in the notes of the supplier’s equipment start meeting.

6、Analyse of clients comments and prepare answers duly argued.

7、Participate to design review and the design freeze.

8、Inform the Lead Engineer of any difficulties regarding adaptation of manpower according to the needs.

9、Ensure experience feedback from the project.

10、Review and follow-up of the equipment documentation.

11、Responsible for O&M documentation of his/her scope of supply and services.

12、Support the site commissioning staff.

13、Take care of as-built documentation.

14、Help to solve the closeout of the punch item list to obtain PAC and FAC.

15、Help to organize archive of final documentation.

Qualification, Competencies & Experience:

Education

1、Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required

2、MS/PhD is a plus.

3、Degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering is a plus

4、> 6 years experiences after BS.

Specific knowledge and skills

1、Know and apply the calculation and design methods, rules and tools for the own activity including a good understanding over the fences.

2、Ability to communicate verbal and in written English.
