Title: Account Manager_Financial Institution Division
BU/Department:　Finex
Purpose:
To establish / lead the Financial Institution Division under FINEX. To lead the new business development and to build the Willis brand on this area.

Job Content
1. Lead the new division in the Financial Institution Risk Management / Insurance Cover.
2. Lead the business planning, execution and development for this new division.
3. Build Willis branding in this new segment
4. Perform client presentation and large marketing / seminar / panel discussion on this area.
5. Working with other department and regional office
6. Client relationship building
7. Communicate with insurers
Education and/or Experience
1. Bachelor degree and major in law, Finance and Insurance
2. Qualification in the Charter Financial Analyst or other Financial / Operational Risk Management areas.
3. A business development experience or new start up experience will be a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Fluent in English, written and Spoken
2. Good client relationship skills.
3. Quick learner and self-initiative (self-driven).
