职位描述

Key Objectives:

  • The use of the recommended DMS is a standard from BMW China for the dealers. Every dealer has to implement, use and communicate with BMW in the key areas via the DMS, including Sales Ordering & Invoicing, Warranty claims, Parts ordering, CRM activities as well as financial reporting.

  • The position will leading DMS Expert Team members to integrate business requirements into DMS system, analyze the business requirements, make overall project planning, monitoring and controlling, ensure projects finish successfully.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Leading Team:
    - Leading DMS Project Team members on overall project planning and implementation
    - Define DMS Project Team organization, Roles & Responsibilities
    - Make budget planning, resource planning and project planning for DMS Project Team
    - Breakdown DMS Project Team targets to team members and monitor on overall status
    - Design DMS strategy to support business growing
    - Keep on improve process, quality and efficiency
    - Supplier management to find right solution to meet business requirement

  • DMS Projects Management:
    - Lead DMS Project Team Consultants to consolidate the business requirements and introduce them into the project;
    - Support business to prepare business case, prioritize business requirements;
    - Lead DMS Project Team Consultants to set up selected project deliverables (e.g. Project Brief);
    - Lead user acceptance of phase deliverables (define acceptance criteria, test cases, user reviews);
    - Check other markets and reduce double development
    - Align DMS functions with business process


Education / Degree:

  • Bachelor or above degree in Information Technology


Knowledge / Skills / Competences:

  • Strong experience of IT project management, including project plan, execution and deliverables

  • Strong ability to map business processes to the IT system.

  • Good understanding of the change and release management process.

  • Good understanding of Automobile industry wholesale or retail business processes.

  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English.

  • Good presentation and reporting skill.


Experience:

  • 4~6 years of IT project management experience
