职位描述
受某跨国公司委托，招聘Firmware Development Section Manager/Senior Engineer，职位描述如下：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary interface from diagnostics group to ASIC IP design team
- Work closely with ASIC IP design team and IP-CTA lead to define ISP (Image Signaling Process) post-silicon validation plan
- Design the ISP test architecture under diagnostics test framework, and lead the test development to meet new silicon bring-up and validation schedule
- As the key technical representative of AMD Shanghai diagnostics team to participate technical meetings with North American team.
- Provide technical guidance to senior/junior engineers
- Responsible for execution of programs, multiple projects on the go
- Forward thinker to improve development process and drive innovation
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. In EE or CS or equivalent is required
- Good English required – verbal and written
- Mandarin
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- A minimum of 5+ years experience on driver or embedded SW development and closely interact with HW designers (8+ years as a bachelor, 5+ years as a master)
- Familiar with Linux
- Proficient in C/C++ programming
- Strong mix of large-scale software development ability and hardware understanding
- Solid understanding for camera interface like MIPI-CSI, and image pre-processing or post-processing is required.
- 2+ years experience in camera driver or camera sensor firmware development is desired, experience in 3A (AF, AWB, AE) is highly desired.
- Knowledge for 3D graphics is highly desired
- Strong debugging and testing skills
- Strong communication skills in English
