Roles & Responsibilities (hiring manager input)
The role consists of a varied workload the following are the most significant elements:

Tasks:

provides the technical assets necessary for IVN product promotion

demonstrators, reference designs, development kits, trainings, press articles, etc

co-operates with Field Application Engineers to provide premium customer support

combines expertise on NXP Automotive IVN products with insights in customer systems

develops a relation network

IVN technical experts at the customer side, influential experts in the industry and institutes

organises events to promote IVN products and to build up insights in customer systems

workshops, seminars, etc

provides requirements to product development

tests and validates developed products in system context

investigates competition products

teams up with System Engineers in Hamburg, developing insights together

reports functionally to the S&A Group-leaders, locally to China Technical Center Mgr

Results:

high visibility of NXP Automotive in the market

strong relation network with influential experts in the industry

positioning NXP as the leader in Automotive IVN products

satisfaction at the customer on the technical quality of customer support

design wins => high market share



Candidate Profile (hiring manager input)
Education:

- Bachelor or above (Master is preferred) in automotive electronics or electronic engineering

Experience:

-3yrs Working experience is preferred in automotive network electronics or automotive electronic engineering area (familiar with NXP product is preferred)

- Experience in famous Automotive industry is preferred

- Fresh graduate from EU University with relative Automotive background and career wish in China also welcomed.



Skills:

- Good knowledge and understanding in IVN, or Power/Analog or MCU experience(at least one of three; better 2 or all)

- Debugger and analysis skills, Documentation and reporting skills

- Experience in R&D, Project management skills is preferred

- Energetic with passion, career wish in automotive industry, strong self-study capability

- Teamwork sprits with Multi-Culture understanding

- Excellent communication skills, customer experience is preferred

- Excellent language skills (in English & the country-specific local language)
