Responsible for:

· Student billing and collection
· Issue and record School Fees Payment receipts
· Maintain Excel system, and reconciling with Kingdee System
· Communicate with embassies, multinational companies and parents
· Reconciling all students information in MIS system (Mailing List) with Excel
· Reconcile with Human Resources Office on tuition waivers
· Reconcile with Transportation Coordinator on bus records
· Implement the credit control policy and procedures
· Any issue with regard to refund the school fee



Previous Experience and Competencies:

-Finance or Accounting Degree, accountant certificate is preferred
-Good command of English, both verbal and written
-Excellent skill on problem solving, leadership and communication

Competencies to be kept current:

3-5 years in a financial role.
