Responsibilities:

Engagement with Aedas China business units to derive IT strategy and plans, ensure proper delivery of IT solutions and service with clear measurement system

Manage end user IT service including delivery/maintenance of hardware/software on desktops, local servers, printers as well as communication equipments

Ensure corporate IT policy and procedure are being observed and attended while maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction on IT services

Manage the IT team, budget, vendors

Support business activities with sites in Shanghai, ChengDu and Beijing

Alignment with corporate IT in Hong Kong to ensure consistency in adoption of technology and methodology.

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in IT-related disciplines;

5 years or above in IT manager role in China;

Proficiency in Microsoft and Cisco networking technology; Knowledge & experience in ITIL is a plus

Good customer service attitude and team player;

Work independently to meet tight deadlines;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
