职位描述
工作职责:
1. 维护管理Maintenance Management
管理,维护及维修客户资产
Manages, maintains and repairs the facilities of client
指导工程团队高效并且安全地执行设备维护维修工作,监督并控制日常运作
Initiates, directs, monitors and controls daily operation and maintenance team members to ensure that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner
监督计划的执行情况确保预防性维护保养工作按时完成;对于服务需求在规定的时间内响应并执行
Monitors execution to ensure PPM 100% completed on time. Responses and implement service request within required timeline
2. 客户Client
遵循并执行营运必做客户篇
Be conversant and in compliance with Les Incontournables for Client module
保持与客户管理代表和其他具备影响力的代表的日常沟通
Ensures daily communication with client dedicated interlocutors and non-dedicated interlocutors identified influential
协同上级经理关于以下内容的制定和执行:
Takes part with his/her line manager in definition and implementation of:
ü 客户影响网络Client web of influence
ü 客户月度报告Client monthly reports
ü 客户年度行动计划Client annual action plan
ü 发展和管理营运计划,例如业务持续计划,部署,沟通Develops and manages operation plans like business continuity, deployment, communications, etc.
及时汇报上级经理有关于客户业务发展计划和其它相关信息,特别是有关于客户管理代表的变更信息
Reports to his/her Line Manager any evolutions of client business and all other relevant information about client, in particular any relevant changes in organization and changes of interlocutors
参加客户会议并准备会议纪要,交由上级经理审核
Attends client’s meetings and prepares the meeting minutes for Line Manager’s validation
基于客户满意度调查结果,协同上级经理制定行动计划
Follows the result of customer survey, participates in definition of action plan with his/her Line Manager and implements it
参与内/外部流程的回顾以确保交付优质服务
Participates in external and internal process reviews to achieve service delivery excellence
保持积极主动的客户沟通
Ensures daily and pro-active communication with the client
充分理解合同服务范围,工作时间,服务水平协议并确保执行
Be thoroughly conversant with and implements contract requirements in terms of work scope, operational hours, service level, etc.
处理投诉并向上级经理汇报解决协议
Handles complaints directly when in his/her area of responsibility (quality of service), and reports to Line Manager on the status of resolution
依照约定的频次执行客户满意度调查
Implements the customer survey at a frequency agreed with client
3. 业务发展Business Development
在现有客户中发展壮大当前服务,特别在会见客户时识别讨论长期的和临时的服务机会
Enlarges existing services with existing client, in particular by identifying and promoting permanent and temporary service opportunities when meeting the client
在现有客户中发展新的服务项目,特别在会见客户时识别讨论合作机会
Develops new services with existing client, in particular by identifying and promoting opportunities when meeting the client
知晓索迪斯餐饮和设施服务范围,告知上级经理从客户处了解到的相关信息
Knows the range of Catering and FM Services provided by Sodexo. Informs his/her Line Manager of all information he/she learns on his/her client's site
参与发展新客户。配合公司业务拓展部准备现场参观,介绍日常运作,发现潜在顾客时告知上级经理
Takes part in development of new clients. For that, prepares for site visit of Sodexo BD with prospects and introduces the daily operation.
4. 人力资源管理HR Management
确保执行营运必做人力资源管理篇
Be conversant and in compliance with Les Incontournables for HR module
管理团队,培养团队的服务精神,团队精神和进取精神
Manages his/her team and helps them to develop Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress
管理并定期召开内部会议
Manages regular collective meetings within his/her team
在人力资源部门的支持下培训下属
Trains his/her team with the support of HR
根据人力资源管理程序评估员工,识别具备潜能的员工并告知上级经理和营运人事经理
Assesses his/her staff according to HR process & procedures. Identifies staff with potential, and then introduces them to line manager & OHR
向上级经理建议工资增长和提升方案
Proposes salary increase and promotion to his/her Line Manager
资源整合和利用以提升生产力和效率
Optimizes the organization of his/her team to make it as productive
5. 财务管理和报告Financial Management & Report
确保执行营运必做财务管理篇
Be conversant and in compliance with Les Incontournables for Financial Management module
编制年度预算和预测
Works out site budget & forecast processes
根据上级经理设定的目标管理项目财务业绩
Manages the financial results of his/her site according to the objectives sets up by his/her Line Manager
按时提交财务数据和报告,确保数据正确、及时、一致
Ensures accuracy, timeliness and consistency of site economic and financial data and reports
确保及时收款
Ensures that the clients make timely payment
识别销售增长机会,管理成本,实现利润最大化
Identifies opportunities to increase sales, manages costs and optimizes profits
6. 质量Quality
确保执行营运必做质量管理篇,及专家中心后续发展流程
Be conversant and in compliance with Les Incontournables for Quality Management module, and subsequent development by CofEx
确保团队员工理解索迪斯标准(营运必做)的重要性和意义,并保证执行
Makes sure all his/her staff understand the importance and the meaning of all Sodexo quality standards (Les Incontournables) and ensures implementation on his/her site
7. 健康,安全和环境Health, Safety & Environment
确保执行营运必做健康、安全与环境篇
Be conversant and in compliance with Les Incontournables for Health, Safety and Environment module
建立项目风险评估及管理计划
Establishes a site risk assessment / management plan
监督安全和潜在风险,确保危机状况在客户和索迪斯其它职能部门的参与下妥善解决
Monitors the safety and potential risks of the working environment to either our employees and/or client employees, and ensures that any critical situations are promptly dealt either with client or relevant Sodexo functions (HR, H&S)
基于公司的相关政策和程序,及时向有关部门汇报员工和设施的事故
Ensures any serious incidents involving our employees or the facilities and employees of our clients are reported immediately to relevant levels and updated according to company policies and procedures

任职资格:
1. 教育背景Education Background
本科或以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
暖通空调、电气专业优先 或机械工程相关专业毕业,
Major in electrical/HVAC/Mechanical /mechanical engineering, HVAC and Electrical is preferred
2. 工作经验Working Experience
8年以上设施管理,设备维修维护相关经验,有超过3年以上在跨国企业任经理职位经验
8 years and above in facility management, equipment maintenance, with more than 3 years’ experience in manager position in multinational company
有医药行业或电子行业工作背景者优先
Has work experiences in the pharmaceutical industry or electronics industry is preferred
3. 专业技能Professional Skills
熟悉并能够根据设计蓝图开展工作
Be able to read and work with blueprints
熟悉预防性/预测性维护及计算机化维护管理系统
Knowledge and experienced in Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
熟悉TPM
Familiar with TPM
