The Role:
The Retail Marketing Manager is a key role in supporting channel expansion across the country, formulate channel model base on market trends with GTM team, lead POS in-store display and decoration, make long-term plans to guarantee the achievement of sales target for both channel and individual stores. Possess very sensitive insights to consumer habits and trends, optimize consumer experience and channel brand building, and support to breed new channel opportunities
? Renew and optimize the design as well as build plan for Logitech exclusive stores, brand blocks and other genres, base on brand need, portfolio adjustment, consumer habit change.
? Develop corresponding tools, continuously optimize user experience in key stores
? Format guideline and procedure for channel establishment, drive store building to achieve goals
? Make comprehensive evaluations on key invested stores to ensure ROI
? Build long-term projects to meet the growth for different stores, to increase the in-store traffic and promo purchase conversion to realize sales growth
? Standardize in-store guidelines to optimize area execution
? Monitor business and profit states in key invested stores

Your Skills:

? Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing or channel marketing
? Abundant experiences for project management
? Being highly enthusiastic and sensitive about IT products
? IT experience will be plus.
? Insight experience will be plus
? Speak fluent English with computer proficiency in MS Office.
? Good communication skills.
? Good inter-personal skills and negotiations skills are also necessary
