职位描述

- To be very familiarize with all company products and its categorized pricing structure prior to approach customers
需要熟悉的了解公司产品, 以及价格结构, 类型
- Capable to utilize company’s competitive advantage (collective resources and market positioning) in doing business in regional markets
技巧性的发挥公司竞争优势
- Conduct regular sales visit for all the active accounts to maintain and develop further business partnership
- 对所有客户进行销售访问,保持和发展与客户的商业关系
- Using sales skills and product knowledge to sell and directly responsible for Direct Sales accounts in order to achieve sales target set up by Sales Manager every month
运用必要的销售技巧和产品知识达成销售经理确定的每月销售目标并直接对客户负责
- Expanding Direct Sales database, expecting increase 15% of total SH Direct Sales accounts.
扩大直销客户群,达到预期15%的新客增长率
- Sourcing out BJ Direct Sales customers from below channels:
能够从以下渠道找到新客户:
- Local companies; 本地公司
- Individuals; 个人
- Event; 活动
- Sending out promotions to database; 发促销计划给客户
- Banks / international groups; 银行和国际集团
- Especially focus on maintaining the good relationship with Consulate & Chambers and develop new local Government customers.
重点维持与领馆商会的良好合作关系,同时发展新的本地政府客户。
- Conduct Direct Sales wine tasting according to customers request.
根据客户需要组织品酒会
- Be capable to propose promotion plan regarding to understanding of Direct Sales market;
能够针对直销市场提供促销建议
- Review AR every month ensures we could achieve AR 90% each month.
每月追踪付款状况,达到每月90%的收款
Improve wine knowledge to be able conduct tasting and training for DIRECT SALES customers;
提高葡萄酒知识并能够给直销客户提供基本葡萄酒知识培训


Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. Above bachelor degree.
本科及其以上学历。
2. Two years working experience in the relevant fields is preferred.
有两年相关领域的工作经验者优先。
3. Has a good customer database is preferred.
有良好的客户基础者优先。
4. Has star hotel working experience is preferred.
有星级酒店工作经验者优先。
5. Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
有活力和上进心,能够承受一定的工作压力。
6. With an outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player.
性格外向、易相处,具有团队精神。
7. Good English level is a must; good wine knowledge is a plus.
具有良好的英语听说能力及葡萄酒专业知识。

1)    EMW was founded in 2003 with its head office based in Shanghai. The company name “East Meets West Fine Wines” reflects its goal to share and exchange its passion, knowledge and wine culture with wine lovers all over China.
由西往东美酒公司成立于2003年,总部设在上海。“由西往东”这个名字承载了创立者的梦想:把对葡萄酒的热爱带到中国并与中国的葡萄酒爱好者们一起分享葡萄酒的文化。

2)    In 2009, EMW became one of the earliest Approved Program Providers for WSET training by providing high quality education and qualifications from Level 1 all through to Level 3.
2009年,由西往东成为获得英国葡萄酒及烈酒教育基金会 (WSET)最早授权的课程提供机构之一,提供一级至三级高品质的培训与认证。

3)    In 2012, EMW opened its Hong Kong Office, thus successfully expanding the EMW market to Greater China.

4)    In 2017, after 14 years since its foundation, EMW has grown to a leading wine distribution company with over 200 professional employees, providing its services to more than 3500 customers all over Greater China through its 7 offices and 15 representative offices.
