Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and identify new suppliers
Check qualification certificate, company scale, similar experience and analyze the supply ability.
Identify and develop the optimal supplier base for new products, for resourcing or alternative.
Meets sourcing cost targets and makes agreed quantity available on time
Negotiate contract items
2. Supplier development
Yearly improves purchasing cost, delivery conditions, availability, and quality by negotiations
Develops existing suppliers towards higher quality, reactivity, flexibility, loyalty
Identifies and recommends cost saving and resourcing opportunities, and implements them
3. Price performance
Total Cost Reduction to achieve on NPR& I factory site
Hard Savings to achieve on NPR Budget for the factory site
Savings on Capex and Invests for the site managed
4. Service level & stocks
Reduct supplier
Manager contract
Critical NPR&I vendors Indentified, performance monitoring
Road map making. Report monthly work and make the plan for next month
5. Project Control
Follow project schedule and management
Control price, deadline, quality and ensure NPR&I area complete to support the whole project.
Control vendor offer good service during whole project
Contract negotiation and management.

Work Experience Requirements:
1. At least 3 years’ experience in Indirect/NPR sourcing/purchasing;
2. Good negotiation and communication skills with suppliers;
3. Hardworking, serious and organized;
4. Technical knowledge (electrical and electronic) with at least understanding of electrical drawings;
5. Experience in sourcing/purchasing of MRO will be a plus.
