职位描述

Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing
-Write an annual Sales & Marketing plan with the UST’s business strategy, including sales targets
-Achieve and reports to the senior management on agreed sales targets with responsibility for all pricing actions to deliver agreed gross margin budgets.
-Is responsible for acquisition of new projects or service needs by preparing quotations in order to complete new contracts
-work closely with marketing department and Technical support department to generate business development methodologies for sales team.
-Develop a network of key customers in order to acquire new accounts,
-Develop breakthrough products and create cost efficiencies.
-Create new business opportunities by introducing existing and new products to new customers.
-Analysis competitiveness of UST products and competitor’s advantages or disadvantages, and give the sales direction to members of team.
-Key account selling oriented in MNCs customers relationship management and development.
-Design new business model by Acquire information of industrial development trends especial revolutionary changes of technologies.
-Work with Sales account team to project Sales Revenue forecast, team member KPI and analysis ROI and give the career plan.
-Capture new sales opportunities, either directly from customers or indirectly from Sales partners, build customer relationship and help sales account team fulfill sales target.
-Develop both ITO and BPO marketing with corporation of technical support department

Requirements:
-Degree or above in Business / Sales & Marketing or related disciplines;
-+8 years sales experience in Infrastructure design and Outsource/BPO/ Application/ System Integration fields with at least 3 years working experience in management level;
- Experience in handling MNCs firms across Great China will be required;
- Fully understanding about responsibility of Sales manager and strategy value;
- Familiar with Senior Management Level of MNCs or Domestic customers in China or Asia Pacific;
- Know how IT environment runs in typical enterprises;
- Self-motivated and commitment to achieve sales targets;
- Team direction experience is must, has ability of career planning for members
- Know how ITO market status and development trends
- Would like to play role and responsibilities of senior management and has strong initiative on self management
- Mature, detail minded & with a strategic approach at a senior management level;
- Skills of bidding, proposal, presentation even products announcement operation;
- Good command in English & Mandarin.
