Description
-Ensure adequate set of processes and tools to manage and execute the
project are available and are used
-Align the project objectives with the organizational strategy and the
customer needs;
-Ensure that the project goals are met and the customer's requirement are
fulfilled according to the Project Specification
-Secure project budget is under control
-Set-up project strategies and assure the necessary conditions are settled
for the execution of the project
-Ensure adequate staffing of the Project Management Team, and project
organization.
-Assure that regional or functional sub-projects are coordinated with each
other and aligned with the overall project goal
-Secure all stakeholders are informed about the project status and
achievements
-Secure the project progress and change control
-Ensure that all project outcomes meet the Ericsson quality standards
-Prioritizing between sub-projects.
-Ensure adequate process is followed to formalize project scope
acceptance by the customer and internal organizations
-Ensure hand-over of the project outcomes to support organizations
according to approved procedures
-Ensure best practices are collected within the project, as lessons learned,
for future process improvements

Qualifications
-Graduate degree in engineering, computer science, business
administration
-Minimum of 8 years experience in Project Management (preferably in the
IT industry)
- Presales experience will be a plus
-PMP1 Certification
