Description

- Work on Ericsson next generation Microwave & Mobile Backhaul products(Carrier ethernet switch router).

- Decompose high level product feature requirements to detailed requirement specification.

- Investigate and clarify requirements to SW developers and testers within the team during daily project work.

- Work together with SW developers and testers to work out architecture design and detailed solutions.

- Cooperate with other teams about requirements and technical issues.

- Play active role and contribute to patent and innovation activities.

Qualifications

- Master degree or above in Telecom, Computer Science or Electronics with at least three years working experience in Telecom R&D area.

- Excellent understanding of mobile backhaul systems and related products.

- Excellent understanding of networking technologies and related protocols. Mainly on carrier ethernet and IP.

- Understand Linux development or other embeded Operation System.

- At least two years of SW development experience.

- Understanding agile development is a plus.

- Having system/architect engineer experience is a big plus.

- Be self-motivated, good team player.

- Be able to solves complicated problems and drive technical discussions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent in both oral and written English.
