Description

Sourcing SSC is responsible for the operations of the Invoice to pay process for all Ericsson internal and Supplier invoices and the call off and implement agreement for indirect material.

We are now going to build up separate Contact Center for Sourcing SSC in New Delhi, Dallas and Beijing, and are now recruiting a Contact Center manager for Beijing. We are looking for a senior and highly motivated and enthusiastic manager that will be responsible for driving this part of the sourcing operations towards "best in class" in our industry.

The Contact Center manager reports to the Sourcing SSC Manager in Beijing and manage her/his responsibilities within the framework and governance principles that are set. This requires leadership in motivating and developing the employees, and sharing best practices.

The responsibility covers all Sourcing SSC resources within the Contact Center organization and includes:

- Staffing, resource planning and competence development including individual performance management (IPM)

- Manage day to day operations

- Performance – ensure that the teams achieve set performance and cost targets

- Supporting, coordinating and providing guidance to the stakeholders that the SSC cooperates and lead change mgmt within the Governance model

- Manage deviations from processes and minimize the differences in how services are being performed.

- Secure cooperation with 2nd and 3rd line support for the Contact Center.

- Escalation point for issues related to deliveries and performance. The Contact Center Manager works with the responsibility to resolve and improve performance.

- Execute relevant elements of the Sourcing SSC Strategy


Qualifications

- Master/Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent

- Minimum 8-10 years out of which 5-7 years experience in a Contact Center in a captive center or a BPO type business, with two year in the management role.

- Result orientation, Quality Orientation, Service minded, be able to stand stress.

- System and process competence (local business vs. global standards for processes and systems)

- Knowledge of Financial Model, Directives and Processes

- Proven track record of peoples management skills

- Fluent in English

- Highly developed communication skills
