Supplier Responsible

Tasks and Responsibility:

Main responsibility is to be global supplier responsible for SW & System suppliers, primarily “long tail” suppliers, and together with stakeholders within BNET Sourcing, Category Management, Supply and relevant PA & DU define and implement the supplier strategy.
Negotiate improved terms & condition and prices as well as drive and implement supplier governance are also key activities for this position.

More in detail the above means:
Develop and document supplier strategy and get it approved by relevant stakeholders.
Establish and drive Supplier governance according to classification
Secure that Supplier Performance Card (SPC) is established
Drive business review meetings and other supplier meetings such as Supplier Performance Reviews.
Negotiate price reductions based on business needs as well as improved T&C. RFx handling is also an important role in this position.
Be business responsible and first sourcing escalation point.
Maintain sourcing master data related to products and suppliers.
Secure target fulfillment and reported.
Be involved in M&A activities, Crisis Management, special projects etc on a need basis.
Secure that all relevant supplier related document are stored appropriate.
Secure alignment on a global basis for supplier internally within Ericsson.

Authority:
The Sourcing Manager has the authority to take initiatives of actions, which will make it possible to fulfill the responsibilities.
The economical authorities are regulated by current authorization instructions.
Delegated authority to approve disclosure/sharing of sensitive information on a “need-to-know” basis

Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to move between strategic thinking and driving detailed execution
Good understanding of industry trends and advances in sourcing
Excellent leadership and communications skills
Proficient in English, written and spoken
Software experience

Education requirement:

B.S degree or above
