Objective of the job

The Sourcing Administrator reports to the Head of BNET Sourcing China. There are team members located in Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu. The Sourcing Administrator is responsible for the department efficiency with regards to communication, administration and some general management tasks.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Assist the head of the unit and the leadership team regarding communication, reporting, administration, internal business control, and travel management

- Support and coach employees and managers in communication, administration and use of tools.

- Drive efficient internal communication with responsibility for the department’s communication plan. Owner of the department common disc.

- Develop and maintain common internal and external presentations in power point.

- Procurement including placing orders and report goods receipts in Ericsson Buyer (EB).

- Organize internal/external meetings. Take minutes and record action plans and decisions.

- Personnel administration e.g. administration of new employees, consultants, transfers etc

- Security administration e.g. id cards, access rights etc

- Coordinate, order and follow-up office relocation. Keep floor plan updated and handle issues with REFM.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills and social ability. Service minded, pro active and a good team player.

- Good administrative skills, well organized and self motivated

- Skills in web design and e-collaboration tools as well as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, excel etc).

- Fluent in English speaking and writing
