Description

As part of the Portfolio/Product solution team of Radio access network, you will play a crucial role to manage the local portfolio of WCDMA/HSPA RAN, as well as LTE RAN for the customers of China and other operators of North-east Asia. The role requires good managerial skills both within the technical and the business area and in line with Ericsson values. You will be mainly responsible for:

- Manage local portfolio and product roadmap and strategy of the assigned area
- Technical SoC responsible for operator's tender
- Provide technical support in customer discussions, presentations, workshops and respond to queries
- Local Portfolio/Product requirements responsible by having a thorough understanding of customer/market demand and trends
- Participate in/drive relevant technical negotiations with customer's research/design institute, CCSA forum and etc.
- Support Customer Unit on other relevant activities

Qualifications
- University Degree in Computer/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering at least, Master degree or above is preferred
- In-depth technical knowledge on Radio access network,
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
- Fast learning of new technology and knowledge
- Good analytical ability, presentation skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
