Role Synopsis:
Job will involve mainly organizing team to provide customer services and support liaising with factory and customers with good communication skills overseeing.
Key Responsibilities:
? ongoing orders, new orders and sales order monitoring
? new projects
? new customers introduced to factory
? quotations to customers for all of above
? working with R&D and Engineering team on projects and quotations
Requirements:
? 6+ years experience of which at least 2 years at senior level, experienced with USA/EEC markets.
? Exposure to house wares and good understanding of China factory working is preferable.
? Self starter with initiative and determination, and willing to travel to meet buyers and attend Trade Fairs.
? Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
? Knowledge of/exposure to ERP/MRP.
? Proficiency in Chinese and English.
